Shipping and Orders

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the total value of your order. In Europe, we offer free shipping for orders over €50. For orders below €50, a shipping fee of €7 per package will apply. If you are located outside of Europe, please reach out via our website's contact form for specific shipping costs.

Shipping Providers

We have established contracts with the Lithuanian DHL company, and most shipments are handled through them. However, if a shipment is destined for a country where DHL cannot provide an appropriate delivery solution, we also use Omniva, DPD, Itella, GLS, Lithuania Post, and other courier services. After payment, we will send you information on how to track your shipment, as well as which courier service will deliver your order.

How to Order

Orders can be placed by filling out the "Contact Us" form. Please provide details on the number of bars and the type of soap you wish to order, along with your shipping address and email address. This information will enable us to contact you with the final cost and payment details.

Upon receiving your order, we will send you the final amount and payment instructions. After payment is completed, we will pack your items and ship them to the address you provided.
